5 hari diet,

Breakfast : 1.2 liter air kosong + 400ml HERBALIFE strawberry shake
Lunch : Nasi + Lauk ikan keli + 400ml air kosong sejam berikutnya
Dinner : 4 liter air kosong + 400ml HERBALIFE strawberry shake
26 Disember 2010
Breakfast : 1 liter air kosong + 400ml HERBALIFE strawberry shake
Lunch : Nasi Minyak+ Lauk-pauk kenduri + 150ml sirap ais << Ada kenduri, tapi makan jumlah yang sangat sedikit. (:
4.00 pm : Chicken Mcnugget set + Sundae strawberry
Dinner : Ratah lauk kenduri
Ok fine, saya cuti diet hari tersebut, tapi saya tetap ambil shake F1 untuk breakfast, untuk maintain keishatan saya.

Lunch : Tak lunch, tapi makan nasi lauk sambal ikan pada waktu maghrib, lapar sangat.
Dinner : 2 liter air kosong + 300ml HERBALIFE strawberry shake

Ok, 27 haribulan haritu, saya timbang semula. ada sedikit improve, lose 400g of my weight, lose fat percentage, gain muscle, and my body's age now is 20 years old! From 24. Alhamdulillah, thank you HERBALIFE! (:
